The starting auction prices of vehicle registration plates with special demand are set by the Government of the Republic of Armenia's Decision No. 2205-N of December 14, 2023 "On Setting the Standards for Vehicle Registration Plates with Special Demand".

When does the auction start?

The auction starts at 12:00 on the day specified in the public notice of the auction.

When does the auction end?

12:00 o'clock on the 3rd working day following the day of starting the auction of the given lot is considered the calculation time of the end of the auction of each lot. For each new bid during the 10 minutes before the end of the auction, the auction continues for another 10 minutes from the moment the bid was received.

Who and by what means controls the amount of advance payment frozen or transferred to the auction organizer's deposit account for participating in the electronic auction of vehicle registration plates with special demand?

The organizer of the auction of vehicle registration plates with special demand shall specify in the auction notification the amount of advance payment for the lot, which cannot exceed fifty percent of the price of the lot with the highest starting price sold at the auction.
