The auction starts at 12:00 on the day specified in the public notice of the auction.

12:00 o'clock on the 3rd working day following the day of starting the auction of the given lot is considered the calculation time of the end of the auction of each lot. For each new bid during the 10 minutes before the end of the auction, the auction continues for another 10 minutes from the moment the bid was received.

The organizer of the auction of vehicle registration plates with special demand shall specify in the auction notification the amount of advance payment for the lot, which cannot exceed fifty percent of the price of the lot with the highest starting price sold at the auction.

The advance payment of the participant who participated in the auction, but did not win, is unfrozen (returned), and the advance payment frozen in advance by the participant who won the auction is transferred to the organizer's account, and the money transferred to the deposit account is not returned, including, if the price of the lot is paid in full, the advance payment is offset against its value.

The certificate on acquiring the right to use the number plates with a special demand for counting by auction is valid for one year. In the case of failure to submit the vehicle registration unit within the specified period (failure to register a vehicle with registration plates in special demand acquired through the auction), the winning participant in the auction loses the right to use registration plates in special demand, and the sale price of the lot is not returned.
