All software and technical solutions of the website were implemented based on Article 9, Clause 1, Article 9.1, Clause 1, Clause 1, and Article 13.3, Clause 6 of the Law on Road Traffic Safety, and Article 13, Resolution No. 2205-Н of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated December 14, 2023 "On Setting the Standards for Vehicle Registration Plates with Special Demand" and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia dated February 1, 2024 "On Setting the Standards for Vehicle Registration Plates with Special Demand" the regulations of the electronic auction of license plates, the procedure of public notification of the auction and registration of participants, as well as the starting prices of the auction of license plates with a special demand for registration according to the requirements of Order No. 1-N.
